More flexibility for tool mounting – GE Thread Inserts make it easy to expand the existing mounting options of your tool changer..
The thread inserts are placed into the designated counterbores, providing an additional threaded mounting point for tool installation.
For sizes 050, 063 and 080, the thread inserts allow tools to be mounted using M6 screws. For sizes 100 and 125, corresponding thread inserts are available for mounting with M8 screws.
M6: e. g. SHS050 / SHS063 / SHS080 and SHW063 / SHW080
M8: e. g. SHS100 / SHS125 and SHW100 / SHW125
